Requirements for Final Paper Submission
- Authors of accepted papers should address the issues raised by the
reviewers and revise their papers accordingly.
- For each paper, at least one non-student rate registration must be done
by the camera-ready paper deadline. Registration will be done at EDAS. Registration page is linked here.
- An IEEE copyright form must be submitted along with camera-ready paper submission. For instructions, please click here.
- Please use the updated Latex or Word document templates linked at this page. These templates have the updated IEEE publication identifier data on the copyright footnote. Please see below for further information.
- Authors are advised to verify their PDF version's compatibility at IEEEXplore page (detailed further below here).
Final Paper Formatting
Submitted papers must follow the IEEE
two-column format with
single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The length of submitted
paper can be from 8 to 10 pages including figures and references.
Papers
must be submitted in PDF format using the EDAS paper submission site.
In order to include the correct copyright notice on the first page of the papers, authors must copy the templates below to prepare the final version of their accepted papers.

Templates
The following style files and templates
have been available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word at the paper submission site since earlier:
- LaTeX style file with margin, page layout, font, etc. definitions
- BiBTeX style file with bibliography style definitions
- LaTeX template file (an example of using the "spconf.sty" and "IEEEbib.bst" files above)
- PDF generated from the template file
- Sample strings.bib and refs.bib files
- Word 97/2000 Sample, a template of correct formatting and font use
It is essential that the papers are
prepared based on the provided
templates. LaTeX formatting is strongly advised as the use of MSWord
for documents containing equations often results in poor typesetting.
